• Large withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 may require additional verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets related to that event will be refunded to the member's account.
• Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If Bewin Bet suspects match fixing or any form of misconduct, it reserves the right to withhold the relevant bet payout and conduct an investigation.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and account tier.

Bewin Bet believes betting should be a healthy part of entertainment. We care about the mental and financial well-being of our members. To support this, we provide the following:

• Option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Reality check notifications – reminders sent after a set period of play.
• Temporary account break (from 24 hours up to 6 months).

Members may close their account at any time. All remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.
